But the service performed on my vehicle on Jan. 21/2020 was not properly done so I had to bring back the following day for the error to be corrected on Jan.22nd. Mr David Araujo handled the problem honestly and satisfactorily.He apologized for the errors and rectified it immediately satisfactorily. Mr Araujo treats customers very nicely and cordially with a great sense of professionalism. I will surely recommend Longo Toyota of Prosper to others.

I have written about this before and I do not in anyway want anyone to think am bitter. I am only pointing out what I noticed. To even make matters worse, the first customer service representative who replied my concerns unconsciously spoke with the same mindset am trying to correct. Even though I have a 2012 Highlander, a 2021 Rav 4 or A 2030 Sienna cannot please me Hence I have a Highlander and not the other models of Toyota If u have to keep my car which has become like a member of my family, please provide something I would like or that's similar as a back up... And if you do not have what I like, try and respond to my request with respect and not treat me like you are doing me a favor by show of ur mean and disrespectful attitude when you offer me a Camry first and then a sienna and when I refused a sienna, a Rav 4 was the only option. I asked myself several questions. Was I refused my brand of Toyota cos the front desk girl felt i wasn't good enough to drive in one or because your branch does not carry that fleet. My repair representative told me the fleet was all out for rental and the rental service girl said your branch doesn't carry that fleet. What is truth? For that single act on the part of the rental girl, I was ready to take my vehicle to Plano Toyota.
