Kenneth was very professional and friendly. He explained what needed to be done and what was done, and suggested some possible replacement for the tire now or during the next service. He did not pressure me to change the tire now, and I liked his approach.

We worked with Doug in Service. He is wonderful. He was our favorite in McKinney was so happy to see him there! We will come to Prosper for service just because we really like working with him. The whole dealership was great all the way around. Very efficient and friendly.

My front parking sensor is not working. I told them them to diagnose and fix. The tech said it worked. But when I picked up the vehicle it was still not working.... and Service Advisor agreed it was not working. Now I have to bring it back to the shop. Very disappointing and inefficient.
