The staff here is extremely friendly and professional & I hope they always remain this way. As usual I received great service and my girls enjoy the kid zone. I asked an employee if there were any cookies baking by chance, as my girls were looking forward to them. The employee quickly went to make some and boy were my girls happy ??. Sometimes it’s just the little things that makes you remember great companies. Thanks again for great services & small amenities while we wait.
There was a technician outside when I pulled up and he told me I could not have my car washed. I told him I’d been calling to verify since the day before and he out right refused to service my car.
I proceeded to ask for his supervisor in which he never got back to me. I went inside for assistance and Dakota was so kind and helpful and I was then able to have my vehicle washed. We own a tundra purchased at Longo summer 2019 so I’d like to believe we are a valued customer.

Took way too long! 2 1/2 hours for an oil change! I will probably not bring my car back for minor services as your competitors are better at completing minor services in a timely fashion.
