I am not sure, I was there for 2 hours and did not even get a oil change. Had some things checked, that was good, but with a appointment of 9:45 am I am just not sure with it being my first time there and all. Maybe next time will be better, as I will be able to get that oil change.

I’ve only had the car for exactly 1 week and the check light engine comes on. The first day of pulling off the lot, the low coolant message pops up on screen. Not satisfied at all!!!

The technician performed the alignment even knowing that the shims have to be installed and that the service wouldn't last until the next bump. Now I will have to install the shims and align again, and this won't be done with Longo. First and last experience with Longo, unless Longo give me the alignment back

Only thing I would love is after the car is washed, for someone to dry it off. There were spot marks on the hood and the side mirrors making it difficult to see in the mirrors. Other than that very happy with the service I receive from Dakota!
