Service was great. But my vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. I don’t think someone smoked in my vehicle but someone that smokes was likely in my vehicle soon after smoking.

Very courteous staff greeted me and the service advisor greeted me and explained what service would be provided, very knowledgeable and friendly . It was easy to make an appointment. I loved it the entire service took less than an hour.

The staff at Longo Toyota of Prosper is always a pleasure to work with. I can say without hesitation that Longo Toyota of Prosper has tapped into something different in the automotive sales world. I absolutely detest going to any dealership, with the exception of Longo. Keep doing what you’re doing. I have been a life-long Ford and Dodge owner. I purchased my first Toyota Highlander in January of 2018. While I absolutely do not like your Entune infotainment system and feel it is horribly outdated and in desperate need of an overhaul, bringing it up to speed with the infotainment systems that Ford and Dodge have, I am a Toyota convert. Not because of the car, but because of Longo Toyota of Prosper.
