I called a week in advance and the person who made my appointment was aware that an oil filter would need to be ordered in advance due to it not being in stock when I get to the dealership the day of the filter has to be ordered. This has happened multiple times now, it’s just getting old at this point
Cisco is the best advisor I've ever had, he always takes great care of me and is very professional and nice. I trust him completely with my service needs, and appreciate that he is never pushy about any recommended services my car might need.

I made an 8:40 am appointment and bought my car in for oil and filter change. I'd asked during the write up how long the wait will be and was told 45 min. to one hour. My car was ready after a 2 hour wait. Wished timing would be more accurate. For me, if it was going to be more than 15 or 20 minutes then the promised time, the service writer should inform the customer. I'd texted to ask for an update but didn't get a response.

Service was fine. I just was not happy with the car wash at the end. The sides and entire back were still very dirty like the wash didn’t even tough them. I didn’t notice until I got home. Is there something wrong with the sprayers or scrubbers in your car wash?
