Francisco was outstanding. We are visiting our daughter (she is with Toyota) and I have had a chronic problem that my home dealer has been unable to figure out. I described it to Francisco and he knew immediatly what the problem was. He even took me out into the shop to show me the problem.

Car wash could have been better but other than that everything was great!
