Dakota was very professional in assisting me with my cellphone connection to the vehicle. Unfortunately When I got on the highway to go home it disconnected once more and I was not able to use it. I also experienced the mode function and the channel changer on the steering wheel stopped working for awhile. I also noticed the screen blink out for a few seconds as well. When I get to Lexington KY I Wil have the maintenance team look further. Once again thank you for your help.. Vic B

As usual, Francisco Jiminez was excellent in his customer service!! The tech who worked on my truck was also excellent in how he resolved the issue. My truck feels just perfect!!
