Great job by Doug and my vehicle was done quicker than I had been told. My experience with Longo from the time I purchased my vehicle has been exemplary and if all places were like Longo it would be so much easier for all. Thank you again. As long as I live in Texas I will make Longo my dealership.

It took longer than I thought. It really wasn’t anyone’s fault, but a little more communication would’ve been nice.
Nothing was done to my truck. Why did you return the truck to me if it’s not been fixed and the issues corrected. Seems pointless to me and seems like the mechanics done actually put care into the service request. If they did they would have called and asked question or done something to try and help correct the issue. Tell the GM I’m not paying full negotiated price if he’s not going to deliver the full product.

I assume the work that was done is fine but I had to come back because the cover on my passenger side mirror was missing. It apparently came off on the car wash. Thankfully no one ran it over so it was okay to pop back on. It was just something that someone should’ve noticed before giving my car back. I had a tight schedule today and a second trip to Prosper was not factored in. One of the service reps ran into the running car wash to grab the piece. I wish I could remember his name because that was above and beyond. But, overall, this was not a good first impression.
