I was told my 25k mile maintenance would take approximately and hour I made an appointment for 12:30 when I arrived I also asked for a State inspection to be done. 2 hours later I finally got my car back. It’s a bit frustrating spending 2 hours with no communication form anyone Just disappointed with the 2 hours I spent for a 1 hour appointment And in NO way does a State inspection take and hour!

Yes, Doug provides awesome customer service and satisfaction in 99.5% of my services at Longo, however, he currently has parts trying to locate pins for my front brakes so that it can stop squeaking.
