David has always done a great job of taking care of us and our two Longo Toyota vehicles. He’s the most courteous person that I’ve dealt with and that’s saying a lot. Always in a great uplifting mood and makes me good just being around him. He’s a fine young man!

David was great and very professional. My car was ready faster than I expected. I would like it if you enforced people coming inside wearing masks. There were just a couple when I was there but it makes a difference. Perhaps help those people outside if necessary.

Very good experience

I made an appointment to have my 2018 Toyota 4Runner serviced. I bought it a month ago and when my vehicle reaches 60-65 miles the steering wheel shakes. I was told his could be fixed and paid $130.00. I was told the problem was fixed and that my vehicle was ready. After getting it back on the road, it was pulling and the steering wheel was still shaking. I called back to let them know it wasn’t fixed and I was told to bring it back. I was greeted by Billy who wanted to see what was going on and asked to drive it with me. I was told it was the wind that was making it pull and the road was causing the steering wheel to shake. I asked for a refund since the repair wasn’t completed and he told me it would be 1 week before my money could be refunded because the person who does them was on vacation. I am very unsatisfied with my service and how I was told it was fixed. If they would have taken the time to actually drive the vehicle before calling me they would have know they didn’t fix the problem.
