The staff from receiving the car to check in to check out was easy and quick. I did some work while I waited in the lobby. David was very personable. I was happy to see a Longo Toyota in my neighborhood. In CA I drove from Long Beach to El Monte as I’ve always been treated well. Great to drive around the corner.
Common courtesy of any service facility is to check and top the fluids off on all vehicles. That wasn’t the case with my vehicle when I brought it in for service. iI now question was the service job done completed throughly. Not pleased! During these times you would think customer service would be at an all time night and it’s not across the board! Very disappointed !
