Cisco has been my point of contact for two services now. Each time that I’ve interacted with him, he is absolutely delightful. He is friendly, courteous and very detailed about the service that is being performed on the vehicle. You should be proud to have him as part of your Longo team.

Even though things were delayed, he kept the inconvenience to a minimum with great communication.
My tires were supposed to be rotated. I had tire work done the week prior, and the representative stated that my tires were rotated and brakes inspected, but the tire that was repaired was still in the same location. Well my tires were not rotated and I don’t believe that my brakes were even checked. The reason for this was that the rims did not have any removal of dust from them that normally would have been done if the wheels were handled and removed for the tire rotation. So I really don’t even know if the oil was changed or even a service was completed.

The part took forever to come in. There was very little to no communication between when the part would come in, and when my car would be done. I called multiple times to ask for updates and never recieved a call back. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
Kenneth has always been a great help since he got this job.
