My tires were supposed to be rotated. I had tire work done the week prior, and the representative stated that my tires were rotated and brakes inspected, but the tire that was repaired was still in the same location. Well my tires were not rotated and I don’t believe that my brakes were even checked. The reason for this was that the rims did not have any removal of dust from them that normally would have been done if the wheels were handled and removed for the tire rotation. So I really don’t even know if the oil was changed or even a service was completed.

The part took forever to come in. There was very little to no communication between when the part would come in, and when my car would be done. I called multiple times to ask for updates and never recieved a call back. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
