I am very satisfied with my service experience. However, I am not very satisfied with my post purchasing experience outside of that. I have asked a question about my RAV4 several times to both the salesman who sold it to me, and through the contact form on the website. I have yet to get a response. I have left messages and emails. No replies. Been over a couple of months.

I had an appointment for 12pm. When I arrived I got in line and they were out waiting for me. The service was prompt and through. The service personnel were kind and very friendly.
Cool guy ...friendly, knowledgeable...be careful I might steal him away to cone work for me at Park Place!
I was generally satisfied with the service but when my car was done I could see it waiting outside and it took awhile for someone to tell me it was done. Turns out they had texted my wife who was at home. I guess my number wasn’t on the work order but if you ask the customers what number they can be reached at when they drop off the car, you can avoid this problem.
David did such a great job, we really appreciate him.!! Pleasure to meet him soon again.!!
