Francisco was extremely helpful. My A/C was making a noise after I got my 4Runner back that it wasn't making when I brought it in. He came out and went to exactly what the problem was. Some debris had gotten sucked up into the filter, and he knew just how to fix it for me.

Most of my service experience was great but when I entered my vehicle to go home, the driver's side floor boards had a large amount of grass and the vehicle smelled like sweat. I understand it is ridiculously hot outside and the guys are sweating a lot, but it would be nice if they could spray something when they get out to help alleviate that dirty sock smell.
