My husband has worked for Toyota for over thirty years. We have always driven Toyotas and brought them to Toyota dealers. We have moved several times because of my husband's job which means I have had experiences with multiple dealers. Fransisco has been the best person I have dealt with. He is always professional but with a personal touch. He has taken the time to get to know me and whenever we need something done to our cars, he is the person we call. We could take our cars to the Toyota Headquarters but Longo has a good reputation and Fransisco represents Longo well.
