I was checked in. Went inside to the waiting room. Noticed that there were 5 service reps sitting at their kiosks on their computer or talking to each other. There was one customer being waited on. I thought that my check in information might of been misplaced so I initiated conversation with one of the reps and he was willing to check me in. After that things were great. No one minds waiting when things are busy or backed up. Understandable. We live 5 minutes away and would really prefer for Longo to be our dealership.

This is a follow up to my pervious statement. While Mr Wallace hasn’t called back, he is above average to the other service personnel. Very professional, polite and the only person in the dealership that said he was sorry for the inconvenience. Others should take note of him and follow his example in this customer service industry. I would definitely work with him in the future. He has my trust.

Coolant hose came off the day after being replaced by the service Dept. Was stranded on side of road causing major inconvenience to my family. Not satisfied with the service visit as it should have been installed properly. Hose does not appear to be secured completely after installed, with the parts label left half torn on part. Not a happy customer.
