Fast check in. Kenneth was fast and efficient and a good communicator. Routine service took lass than an hour (as I didn’t need a wash). Waiting areas (work tables) are always clean and neat. Miss the chocolate chip cookies! Great service.

The only thinG I wasn’t satisfied with is that it took 2 1/2 hours to have my car serviced. I made an appointment and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. I wish someone would have updated me. I was told someone put 2 cars in front of mine that wasn’t suppose to be ahead of mine.

Weston is a great advisor! I live close to four Toyota dealerships and by far prefer Longo to all the others with the service department being a main reason.

The only thing I was not happy about was Toyota works not replace the cargo cover which broke after a few uses. If an item that is factory installed does not make it until the end of the warranty period, it is defective and should be replaced. I was told it would not be replaced because it is an accessory, but I don’t understand how a factory installed item can be considered an accessory if you can’t even order it from the accessory list. Cisco and the service manager were both very nice and apologetic. Cisco has always been great every time I have brought my vehicle in. He is doing a great job!
