The only thing I wasn't happy about was my car was returned to me dirty (same as I brought it in). Other dealerships return the car to me washed and cleaned inside and out.

Kenneth is an outstanding service man true to his word and always willing to go the extra mile.He is what keeps my wife and I (both Toyota owners) coming back. Kenneth is the best I've ever seen and we've both been Toyota owners since 2005 in Houston and Dallas.
