Friday was a busy day with the start of online schooling so really didn’t have time for vehicle maintenance. I arrived at 1pm and David was quick to get me signed in. I mentioned to him my hectic day and really needed to be home, dedicated with helping my boys and their online studies. David quoted me about 1 to 1.5 hours for service to be completed (oil change-state inspection). David was great to deliver updates as the time was getting closer to the hour. Unfortunately, the hour passed and then 1.5 hours passed. I saw him look at me and went straight to the service department. I finally got my vehicle and was ready to pay for service. As I walked to his desk, David completely surprised me. He explained vehicle took longer than expected and apologized. He told me that I owe nothing for today’s service!! As I picked me jaw up off of the floor, I explained that it wasn’t necessary and things happen. Wow!! Who does that? David! It really caught me off guard-shocked and I didn’t know how to respond except, THANK YOU!! The minute I got in my vehicle, I could not wait to share what just happened with my husband. He responded, just like me, in surprise and appreciation toward David at Longo. He also mentioned that David and Longo Toyota just got another customer! Thank you, David Araujo!!

Doug is wonderful! I had no idea there was even a recall on my car but he called to let me know they had the part and when could I come in to have it replaced. Longo Toyota is the best and I will always take my car there. Great people and great service. Thank you!
