Everything was good, except for 2 things: 1. Waiting time (I was told it would be around 1.5 hrs and took 2.5) and 2. The wheel cover (driver side front) was not replaced appropriately, so it popped out on the highway and I couldn’t recover it.

Doug was very professional and nice. Had I answered this yesterday the response would have been negative. Thanks to Tony Pan for calling me after hours and taking care of my issues. I am completely satisfied with the resolution on my car and once again a happy ???? customer. Thanks Tony for being truly concerned and saying the things I needed to hear and for going above and beyond to resolve my issues

David Araujo was accommodating & professional. He found the source of the problem I was having with the auxiliary box in my vehicle, ordered the parts, and he asked me to take my vehicle back the next day when the parts arrived. He had the repair done the next day. I was very satisfied with the quality & professionalism of his service.
