Weston was great. He helped explain my maintenance plan and even apologized after another Toyota dealership service department provided a horrible experience. It was clearly not his fault but taking the time to do that was appreciated. He was taking care of another customer when i needed to pick up my car and the gentleman next to him immediately greeted me and then assisted me when Weston needed more time with the customer ahead of me. All around a great experience. Thank you.

The staff was very curtious and informative. The facility was very neat, clean and well organized. My wait time was around 30 minutes, very fast service. Keep up the GREAT work!
