I had the misfortune of being struck by a drunk driver where my car was totaled, and had to find a replacement vehicle in a less than friendly car purchasing environment. Due to inventory shortages, I encountered shameless profiteering tactics by other dealers, which was rather disheartening. Upon speaking with Tony Pan, he shared with me that Longo Toyota does not mark up vehicles nor do they force dealer add-ons to the customers. Because of this customer centric approach of doing business Longo Toyota has established a loyal customer in me. We drove almost four hours from Houston to make our purchase of our beautiful RAV4, and we will do it again when we purchase our next Toyota. A huge Thank You to Tony Pan and Preston Mitchell for making an unfortunate situation for me into an enjoyable new car purchasing experience.

Kenneth did a wonderful job of listening to the symptoms of our car issue and keeping us very well informed of the research and resolution. He is kind, professional and put me very much at ease.
