As always, David was great. Booked my appointment and processed my truck for a prompt and satisfactory service. Great customer service skills! I mostly appreciate his “can do” attitude. Always willing to accommodate my individual requests and always I get the results that I expect. I will always do my vehicle maintenance with Longo Toyota…and I’ll always look for David. Doug was great as always. Please thank the mechanic (Troy) who did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing a rattle that has been an issue for quite some time. I trust the team and appreciate the excellent service.

We bought this car about 5 months ago. We just had an oil change light come on. I made an appt. The appointment took well over an hour. Then to find out I have to pay $40 for you to rotate my tires look at a few things and no oil change. They messed up my display so I had to google to figure out how to get it back the way it was. He explained I have to do this every 6 months or 5k miles. But only get the oil changed every other time. My car came back with a black smudge on the paint. I was told it’s too cold to wash my car. Weird bc I lived in CO and car washes exist there all year round. This is a racket. I’m so unhappy that I will continue to have lights that turn on and block my screen and have to pay you $40 to basically turn it off and mess everything up. I’m not happy. This may be a reason I don’t buy another Toyota.
