Took over 3 hours and was told it would be an hour and a half! It was a regular maintenance and alignment and shouldn’t have taken so long.
My experience with your service today was as expected. Great service with a wait of about an hour, which was good for me, as I needed to slow down and chill.

To state ot up front, Doug was great. Yhat said, two issues. A few days prior to my scheduled service appointment, I came in with an issue with my ABS. I was told at the time that I would need to leave my car there due to this not being a scheduled appointment and techs needing to drive the car to pinpoint the issue. With no rental a available, I opted to baby the car to work and back (80 mile roundtrip commute) for 4 days and to have the tech add the ABS issue to the preamble of my scheduled service. On the day of my appointment, not only was the info not added to my appointment, but the ABS codes were read and reset (no issue), a quick, timely fix, not needing additional time to drive the vehicle to troubleshoot, which was the reason I opted not to have it done whe. I initially brought the car in for the ABS issue days prior. Also, after I got my car back, the wiper fluid reservoir was not refilled; small detail, but part of the service. Longo overall has been my best dealer experience under the Toyota brand, and since Dakota Burns has moved on, I am happy to have Doug as my point-of-contact. As an aside, happy to indirectly help Roger finance the IMS with having my car serviced at Longo (those who follow motorsport will ger that)

It would have been nice to have been explained the links sent you a customer via text ie how to use. I used it but didn’t get a response. It seems that texting was better communication than using the link. I didn’t get a response until Monday that my car was ready when I thought my car would have been ready on Sunday considering I left it Saturday morning at 7am. I waited for response via link but nothing. Regardless, I still enjoyed the friendly service.
