Doug followed through like he said he would and called me when all the parts came in for the recall on my Sienna. Got me scheduled right away and arranged for a Lyft to take me home while my van was in service. Outstanding customer service!!!!
I was trying to decide to go to Toyota of Plano or Longo Toyota to start servicing my new Toyota RAV4 Prime so I went to both inquiring about getting my 5000 miles service done. Longo service rep told me he could get me in and out in 45 minutes if I made an appointment on Monday at 1pm. I showed up on time, parked in the appointment lane. A service rep took my information on his little computer to check me in (I thought) and I waited over 45 minutes. When the time expired they called my name then told me the car hasn’t even been checked in yet? What? Covid excuse.. lol So the rep had me sign a piece of paper then 30 minutes later the car was done. I thought the oil would of been changed but it looked like it was pretty much just a visual inspection. Didn’t make much sense. Anyway it would of been nice if the expectations were set according. But if Longo which was extremely slow at the time had some type of staff issue then just let me know when I got there there so I could reschedule or state it would be a around a hour and a half wait. Oh well..it is what it is..

All went well. Drop off took a couple of minutes, pick up another couple of minutes. Very satisfied.
David always is exceptional! He truly understands the vehicles, ensures a thorough diagnosis and repair. As well, he is a truly nice guy who really cares about his customers. We have complete confidence in him. We service our vehicles with Longo because of him ????

Are there no car washes during COVID?
I don’t believe the bed cover was installed properly. I plan on bringing back the vehicle this week for repair.

David is always professional and courteous. He remembers your name and your previous visits. He is always the one I ask for. If he isn’t in on the day of my visit, I change it for the days he is available.

The service advisor was off the day my vehicle service was completed. I received a text saying it was done and called 8 times to coordinate a Lyft ride. I was informed another service advisor called 7 times but I never receive any calls on my phone. Not sure what happened. Bottom line my vehicle was fixed but the communications failed under this situation.
It will not keep me from a return for future work.
David was very professional. Exact what I would expect for toyota customer service; coming from myself relocating and working at TMNA HQ. David embodies everything that Toyota stands for - customer first!
I was very happy with Kenneth . He made aware of several maintenance issues. He was very patient and explained them to me. He was very polite .
