Weston Wallace was a great Service Consultant. He was the first one in three visits who actually listenEd to me intently and understood what was happening with the carpet in my car. He worked with the Foreman at the dealer to make sure it was diagnosed and parts were ordered. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs Toyota service!!

Weston is a very courteous clerk always willing to help. There was a mix up where the inventory showed my tire was in stock but after waiting there for over an hour it ended up not being the right tire.Not Weston’s faults but inventory should be more accurate as people take off from work and find rides to drop their cars off
