My husband brought my car in to be serviced. Upon returning to the house, my antenna was missing and my car has a leak. It was too late to bring the car back, so I’m going to have to wait until Monday to get these issues addressed. This was our first visit at this location. At this point I’m very disappointed. I will be contacting the service department on Monday.

Francisco "Cisco" is absolutely wonderful! I couldn't be happier withthe service he provides. I always ask for him and keep several of his business cards with me. I have told my co-workers about him and the excellent service I'm getting at Longo!

Service was good but for a dealership to claim for mask to be worn because of Covid 19 only about half the staff had mask on and some just their mouths covered. Doesn’t seem like management is really concerned with the wellbeing of their customers. Maybe it’s time for me to go back to Denton Toyota

Very easy service. It took about an hour for the whole tire rotation, oil change and inspection. David was very informative about why my brake check was on and helped me understand how I can mitigate the situation. Definitely going back for future services and possibly a trade in.

Weston is well mannered and knowledgeable. He listened to the issues I had and gave me options on how to address them. He worked with the extended warranty department to cover cost of struts replacement. I’m happy with service and my experience so far with Longo Toyota in Prosper has been good. I’ve been to 3 other Toyota dealers in DFW prior to this.

I set an appointment online for a recall on my vehicle. In the appointment form, I specifically stated the recall including the recall number with NHTSA. When we arrived this morning, nobody knew why the vehicle was there. Then we were told that parts needed to be ordered. This was a very poor experience and a waste of our time.
