I guess I was confused I thought when you bring your car to service diagnostic is automatically ran if the car that is dead. Why is the battery dying after being replaced 2 yrs ago. The tech saw the belt problem, did an oil change, replaced filters. When driving off from lot the check engine light was on. I was told that this was normal after a dead battery and the system will reset itself. But its the only light on. I took car to get checked for inspection I had errors all over the place. So per the tech I'm going to have someone drive 100 miles and see if it clears. If not I will return tomorrow.

Fast and professional service. Mr F. Jimenez When my kiddo Molly passed a few yrs ago, I didn't think I would ever get another kiddo. But I am finally ready to be rescued by a rescue female puppy or 1 yr old. Life is empty without your own kiddo to love. He was very courteous and professional. My vehicle was ready before the time frame given and they had even washed my truck after servicing it. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Mr Jimenez for taking the time to make my first service experience feel like I was a VIP customer.

Chase the representative at the service desk was very helpful when I called to make the appointment as well as when I arrived. Very professional as well as friendly. I will bringing in my other Toyota for service when it is due.

I don’t think it’s good customer service when you’ll FAIL to provide a loaner vehicle. Especially when my pickup is in for 2 recall notices and an estimated time to fix them is 5 hours! I will definitely think about that next time I lease a vehicle! I’ve leased probably 5 or 6 Lexus vehicles in the last 15 years and they always provide a loaner even for an oil change.
