Everything was great I felt I was tended to as a customer. However; I was in for an oil change... it turned into a 6 hour ordeal. Make sure all your technicians understand what they need to do prior to starting a process. Other than that great job.

Doug was not at service desk when I arrived for appointment. I waited in Husbands car for 15 minutes for him to call after I talked to another rep. No one called for over 1 1/2 Hours. He texted but did not leave his name and I had no idea if it was Doug or corporate. Actual service was great it was the check in that was the problem.
