Doug is awesome. Ask the guys to not change radio stations and turn up the radio. When I picked up the vehicle I was blasted with some kind of loud bad music. No worries. Just a helpful suggestion. Some customers would kill you on a survey for this. Thanks. If I get a survey it will be perfect. Love you guys. Thanks.

Your rep was awesome my complaint is sending me these surveys before the work is complete. Stop with the games that only really benefit marketing people and Middle Management anyway. Or worse 3rd party IT marketing jackwagons.
