Amazing experience with Chase and Aldo. They were able to detect and repair a problem the Toyota of Plano couldn’t and weren’t interested in fixing. Chase and Aldo truly cared and wanted to make things right. I am over the moon pleased. Please see Google review as well. Very happy.

I felt being rushed when I was trying to clarify my billing. The representative did not show intent to understand my question. Also I approached a sales person for car trade in as a prospective buyer. Seems like your sales representative is not interested in spending time with me unless I intend to buy a car in a week. I love Toyota Sienna and a very good supporter of Toyota. I argue with friends why Toyota is better than Honda. But I came disappointed from the showroom after this particular visit. Hope things will be better next time.
