Genuinely appreciate the non rushed attitude the entire team had as we took the time to ensure we had the best rate available to us. This led to a very late evening as Longo’s best rate was above 3% and our bank was offering 1.79%, so we chose to go the route of applying and using our bank and the entire stayed late and allowed the patience to keep us comfortable while we navigated the change. Thank you for that.
