I have requested to fix the Apple car play or DCM software corrupted. Still it is showing application download error on my dcm. I really disappointed. It would be great if you fix that issue. I work for Toyota headquarters. Please let me know if you guys not able to fix it. I can initiate the process from my side together we can work. Thank you

Even though it was busy the staff were very courteous. The estimated time they gave me for my car to be ready was almost spot on. Car was nice and squeaky clean when driving it away from the dealership.
