Some work that was supposed to be done was not done. Check tire sign was on and nothing was done about it. After we were told that our vehicle was ready, we waited for sometime when we got to the location.
Why was an appointment needed? We sat there for an hour and a half for the 75,000 service, which was rotating tires and checking fluid levels. We weren’t met when we arrived. No one came out until my husband went in. Wi got a text to pay, otherwise we would have spent another 30 minutes waiting on our guy! This was our first visit, because we just moved to Frisco. Not a good first impression :(

Again, I cannot say enough about David Arajuo. He just knocks it out of the park every single time I bring my vehicle to Longo. He is a must promote and retain at the highest levels. I am completely impressed with him and his genuine care for the customer and my needs.

Weston was great, but as usual, Toyota cannot fix the problems with their vehicles with the same response of "we can't duplicate the problem", but I can as soon as I leave the lot, so it leaves me to believe that my vehicle issues were not properly resolved. Took my Toyota in for trade in and got a Ford F-250 and pre-ordered a new bronco. Please do not contact me.

I’ve never had my oil changed from anyone other than Toyota. You are $19-$20 more than I’ve ever paid, mostly due to your exorbitant labor charge. I even showed Phillip (I believe that was his name) my previous bill from an OKC dealer, Bob Howard. I paid the same there as Fred Myers in Houston. I won’t be back for that price
