Excellent which is the norm for Longo.
David’s customer service level was off the charts good. I had an issue unrelated to the work completed and David went out of his way to help me get it resolved same day. Nice to see that kind of customer service still exists. That’s the reason I’ll go out of my way to service my vehicle at Longo.

When they call to check you out it would be best not to get another customer to check in. Especially if they’re ticket to check in is going to be long. I could’ve been out of there felt like 5 minutes sooner.

Doug Ranzer was simply amazing. My Toyota RAV4 2009 couldn't pass the state test. I have very returned 8 times but Firestone to drive the vehicle. I lost trust in what they were doing. That was the reason why I came to ask for help in Toyota Prosper. Doug handled my case from the very beginning and returned my confidence. I was a frustrated customer who didn't want to hear explanation that my car cannot pass the state test and that I need to drive the care more. I had a temporary registration for only 30 days which was about to expire. Without passing the test I couldn't register my vehicle permanently. Doug understood my situation. He discussed the issue with the mechanic. The mechanic then spent the time to drive my car in a way that the data will be accumulated in the computer as certain information needed to be collected in order the car to pass the test. Based on the professionalism of Doug and the mechanic, my car passed the state test and my pain was over. I registered my car today. I am so happy! Doug made me to believe that it's not about taking money from me, but it is about care, empathy, and understanding. Thank you to Doug and your great team! You proved that I made the right decision to come to Toyota Prosper.

Doug is friendly, efficient and explains everything that was done to my car . He also goes over the checklist and answers any questions. I came to Longo when I found out he left Lobb.
