Weston treated me like I was the only customer in Prosper. Y’all were buzzing with customers. I observed Weston dealing with other customers and he dealt with them as he did me, 100 percent focused on that customer. Outstanding service.
I had my state inspection performed. My car passed. When I used my left turn signal, the blinker flashed double fast. This usually means a bulb is out. The problem did not exist when I arrived, andI was not advised of it when I left.

Doug was very professional. I took my car in for State inspection and during this time he advised me that he would check the tire pressure checked because the sensor was on. I was very happy that he was able to point out this concern. He also notified me that there will be a tire sale soon if I decide to replace the tires. I am very happy with the service that I receive at Longo Toyota of Prosper.
The Kids Zone was clean and perfect for my toddler. I alarmist cancelled my appointment because I didn’t want her waiting in a non-toddler friendly environment. Doug was patient and thorough. I will definitely be back. I really appreciate the professionalism of everyone I encountered.
