I did come in about a week ago trying to make a trade and you had what I wanted, but could not come to an agreement on the price. So I went to Toyota of Dallas a he made a deal with me, I paid cash and my trade in, but did not see the car prior to paying for the car , and when I finally saw it and opened the door, my first words were I hate the inside of this car. Salesman said oh! It will grow in you, he also would not let me go to my car to get my things, so he left all my cash, and I got home and had no garage door opener. He took my title as soon as I got there And I do not remember being asked to sign the title. I tried to get my car back or another one like I had, but was told it was gone, now they say nothing they can done. I will never use them again, I also paid them $4600+ warranty coverage. I sure hope Longo will honor all I paid. Doug Ranzer is a great service man, I followed him from Pat Lobb Toyota.
