Doug is professional and good to work with. In hindsight I would have appreciated notice that the mechanics arriving to work that morning were sent home. My stay at the dealership changed from an expected one-hour service to two hours and 20 minutes. This resulted in my having to cancel and rearrange appointments with my clients. While I appreciate the $20 discount, the extended stay resulted in further frustration from my clients who already lost a week due to the snow storm. It would have been helpful to be afforded the opportunity to reschedule. As it stood, my prior history with Longo was good communication so I kept expecting my car to be finished ‘any minute now’.
Doug was very helpful with my problem and helpful. I will definitely be back when I need help with my Toyota.
