Promised a free car wash. It was not washed at pickup time. I waited 30 minutes for the car wash. It was done. The car was washed on the sides not front and back

all good with the service but upon receiving my vehicle I found signs that someone had been checking some of my documents inside the vehicle, this didn't make me feel safe

Kenneth was knowledgeable, prompt and transparent. I appreciated his kindness and guest service skills as well. I’m glad that Longo Toyota of Prosper is finally offering the complementary car wash. That was the only thing I was missing from moving to Texas (from Maryland).

Both the advisor and technician were kind, and good attitude. But the problems are not solved. One problem of my new car is it can not drive straight. I found it when I bought it 7th day, which is the second time I drove it. The technician explained it’s because of the wind. I totally disagreed with it. It’s not the only day it pulled to the left. Since 2nd time I drove this car, it’s never straight. When I test drive it with the technician, it pulled to left when we at three directions of the wind. If the car cannot drive straight, it has safety issue. It’s not safe to drive this car. The second problem is the car’s rear panel is off a little, but it’s very obvious. It’s not normal as a new car only bought for 10 days (I found it at the 10th day after I bought it). The technician tried to fix it, but when I got the car, it’s not off that much, but it’s still off.
