Westin was able to overcome issues that weren’t due to his error. Was completely transparent with the issue and found a way to make things right and get me taken care of. I’m in sales and having someone in your services department that is honest goes along with repeat and future business. Won’t do business with anyone else except for Weston.

I’m in my second Tacoma from Longo and don’t usually ask for a specific service advisor because ever single one is great. However, David is exceptional and am looking forward to writing Penske about my truely exceptional experience. Not only did David take me in last minute for an emergency repair, but offered to come in on Sunday when the business was closed to accommodate my schedule. Wow! What an asset to Longo. I know Longo must be used to positive feedback from their service department, but David deserves extra credit for making my experience truly exceptional.

I Was Greeted Immediately Upon My Arrival, with Courtesy & My Problem Attended to ASAP! Mr David Arajou called a Lyft to Take Me Home Until my car was Completed, it was Estimated to Take 2hrs, & That was Timed Exact. I Got a Return Car to Dealership & All was Done in a Professional Manner, that I Appreciated. Thanks I Longo Toyota!
