Weston Wallace was excellent, very responsive and understanding. Had a steering rack replaced. It was filled with power steering fluid when it should have been automatic transmission fluid (stated in manual and on cap). Also the steering has become very stiff.

I had my 2017 Tacoma in for its 100k major service and after getting home I noticed multiple items that were forgot and no completed to my satisfaction. 1st the tires were not rotated like stated, 2nd the coolant level was not topped off after the coolant flush service. 3rd the battery service was not completed. Battery terminals still had corrosion and New pads were never installed. 4th my oil filter was leaking oil. I called my service advisor and he told me to come back as soon as I could. Two days later I arrived back at the dealership to have my concerns looked at and my advisor was off so another advisor helped me. I was then given the story by the technician the the reason the items may have been missed or rushed was because he was training other guys and that Toyota has a recall with fuel pumps and the fumes in the shop have been strong. I was very disappointed in the service that was performed on my Tacoma it really makes me wonder if everything else was performed correctly. I’m sure this feedback will go nowhere but just wanted others in the dealership know what I experienced and I was never offered anything other than a sorry after spending $550 dollars on service that I should feel comfortable leaving knowing it was performed correctly by trained service technician.
