David like always was great. The only problem I had with my experience was that the dealer didn’t provide me with a rental when the reason for me taking my truck in was a recall from Toyota. Between the recall and the regular maintenance the truck was in for 4-6 hours. Which I couldn’t just leave without transportation to and from work. Other than that David Araujo and his coworkers have always treated me right ever since I purchased my truck at Longo.
Chase delivered our vehicle on time as promised.
Kenneth Cole James was very professional. I enjoyed working with him. I had very bad customer service experience in my last visit to Plano location. I really liked the service at longo. I will be visiting for my future service as needed in my 4Runner.
It would be great if I had received a loaner car instead of paying 9.95 rental since I spent more than 300 dollars. I had received loaner once in Plano location.
Overall experience was great first time since I moved to Texas!!

I was helped by CHASE and he was absolutely amazing. I could tell other people were upset that their car was broken but he made the best comments to cheer us up. He called me back fast and updated me on my car frequently. And was absolutely outstanding on making sure I knew what was going on. I saw he works harder than everyone around him and it shows. When I bought my truck at Longo I was promised car washes. Since I live in Prosper I thought this would be great! That is no longer aloud but at least when I bring the truck in for a service would be nice to have the truck at least quickly run through the car wash. Other than that all was good!
