Doug was great. Everyone was very polite. My dissatisfaction was not due to anything the staff could control. The parts truck broke down—it was carrying my new radiator that had to be replaced as it was damaged while the service team was replacing the alternator, belt and battery. We were down to one car so I couldn’t get things done this weekend. But in the scheme of things, looking at the past two years for all of us—wasn’t the end of the world! I’m overall pleased with Longo.
