I set an appointment to have an oil change done to my vehicle and come to find out that it was not done and was not even notofied when I was given my vehicle back so I left under the impression it had been done very unsatified with this today my husband took it back and was told our free oil changes were done already and that I would have understood if I was told when I took the vehicle in but no one in the service center told me a word and to let a customer leave without letting them know the service that they took their vehicle in for was not done is just wrong will never return to this agency again.

Thanks for taking my car early and then when you were finished you washed my car thank you for that . But only one thing if your going to wash it dry it my Camry had water spots Other then that great job Toyota. Im a happy customer and if this keeps up I won’t look any further when it comes time to buy another vehicle
