This is Pat Wegener and Johnny Chenault once again ceases to amaze us with the service he provides. He always calls my husband and I by name even if it is a few months between visits. Johnny has a very pleasant personality and is very knowlegeable and professional in his demeanor. He is in constant communication with us all through the service process as well as the warranty service agreement people. Johnny also is proactive telling us the upcoming maintenance we need to be taking care of in order for us to get the best experience with our car. He goes not try to oversell but communicates the upcoming needs. Johnny you are the best service representative and serra is lucky to have you representing them!!!

My car is still jerking a little bit.. I'm going to give it some time and if it doesn't get any better I'll take it back.. but as far as the service, the staff was timely, professional, and informative, as always

The guy quoted me 147.95 for oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I get there to get my car and it’s 174 and some change. I asked the person that checked me out what happened to the 147.95 plus tax. He said he didn’t know where Tim came up with that number. He adjusted the price by $10. I shouldn’t have had to ask. Anyways, also for service that costs $163 you should include a wash and vacuum like many other dealerships.

Johnny has been my service guy for a while now and he has been by far the Best I’ve ever experienced as far as customer service!!!! Hands down! And I’m 56 years old and worked many years in a customer service industry(Hotel business)! It is always a pleasure to come to Serra service department and have anything done! Hope he gets the credit he deserves!

The only complaints I have are the extremely heavy upselling pushed on my wife when she brought my car in for an oil change, and the messy fingerprints all over the windshield where he out that damn reminder sticker.
