They did **** work and my car still not up to part
Car was returned to me on Tuesday morning... they put 100 miles on vehicle and light did not come back on for you guys....I guess you can’t even look at it to see what is wrong with a vehicle if the check engine light isn’t on... I brought it in for the third time due to the light coming on and then will go off and car completely shut off as I was making a turn...safety issue here and was told it wouldn’t be returned to me until fixed... nothing was even done on this third trip...
When I picked up car the exhaust is still “popping” when I shut off vehicle and ow when coming to a stop...
well now as we speak the check engine light is back ON....AGAIN... may not of came on for y’all the 9 days you had it but I have only had it 3 days and the engine light is back on for me?!? Something is not right here! How am I the only one seeing this?
Johnny is very attentive to my vehicle needs and seems to put forth a very concerned and immediate effort to answer my questions with a pleasant attitude.

Yes , but i got i little complain , I was without a car during the days that my truck was in the shop and they did not give me one to go to my work, they gave me one until the last day and I almost lost my job

I bought a new car here in July 2018 the sales people were fantastic. However the service is something to be desired. When I called and made an appointment the people one the phone were rude. When I came to drop my car off it looked like the service department was closed and had to walk inside and find someone to help me. Then when I went and picked my car up they couldn’t find my car and were rude about it. Out of 5 desk they had one guy working. The guy I gave my car to the night before was not the same guy who apparently was my service advisor. In all honesty I wouldn’t buy a car here again just due to the service department. My dad worked for GM for 46 years and I’ll always own a GM product but in the future I’ll take my business elsewhere

Thanks to Angela Wilson's assistance with my service issue! I purchased new tire from you last month and was hearing noises from my vehicle. I returned to you for service and the guy refused to help me until the next day which I felt was unacceptable especially since I always come there. Angela stepped up and gave me 5 minutes of her time and found the problem. Had me back in my car in less than a hour. I appreciate her caring and professional help with this matter. The other guy could learn a lesson about customer service and loyalty from customers. Thank you Angela you are a wonderful person!
