I've had to bring my 2017 Silverado there at least 5 times now. There is a vibration. They kept telling me theres nothing wrong. Finally told them I wasnt taking the truck back until it didn't vibrate. Got a tech to ride with me and he felt it. They say the road force balance was high and needed new tires. Well the tires that were put on aren't "new". And I had to pay $568.03. I think that is ridiculous that I had to pay for something I've been trying to get them to fix. And now it shakes worse than it did before. I'm not sure if they just dont know how to balance tires. This happened the last time they "balanced" the tires. I had to take it somewhere else and pay $54 to have them do it correctly. Now I'm right back where I started with a severe vibration. I paid $568.03 for nothing pretty much. The customer service ****. I really never want to step foot back in that place again. All the vehicles my family has purchased from there and they cant listen to me when I tell them something is wrong. Just trying to get me out the door. Going to end up losing several loyal customers.
