I was happy with the oil change and service. The problem was that there was a long line of cars and the person behind me got out of her car and went to the service desk. She received service before me.

Great service! Tim got my car fixed right and patiently worked with my extended warranty provider to get my repair done free of charge to me. I really appreciate all of the help and l will definitely keep my repair business at Serra Chevrolet!
