Repair could not be completed without spending several thousand dollars until the right part was found to start the car, something I just could simply Not afford to do. Code reader could not detect the issue & service dept would not allow us to try a part before purchasing. The service advisor was a great guy & very nice.

David did an excellent job of taking care me on my visit to Serra Chevrolet to check out my truck when the check engine light came on. They found several issues with the truck which I also had repaired. David had the shuttle guys take me home and pick me up so I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for the repairs to be done. The entire experience was appalling to say it politely. I was lies to at least 5 times directly to my face while the man looked me directly in the eyes. After I was able to literally prove his lies it was fascinating how Johnny’s demeanor changed. At the end of this debacle I am left with the most disgusted feeling I have experienced in a professional setting. I hope you are all satisfied with the $680 I just spent there because that will absolutely be the last money I will willing give this company of corrupt thieves. It’s really a shame, I trusted Chevy, and I trusted the service department, but that has been obliterated. I’m sure you all will think nothing of this complaint, maybe even laugh it off as a dark parity, I honestly wouldn’t expect any more from you. But know I am deadly serious with my new found distrust and distain for Serra. I will also be contact the corporate office, the BBB, as well as other organizations to make sure my complaint is well heard. Even if this effort is fruitless, atleast I’ll feel as if my voice has been heard through the noice and manipulation of fact that your organization seems to embrace as part of its daily culture.

As far as them changing the oil that was fine as far as I'm serving the car itself that was fine but when I told them that they didn't reset my car for the oil change it seems like they didn't have experience with my car before although my car has been there over and over again I don't expect them to know every single car and how to reset it but as a regular customer I do expect them to know my car at least since I've been there over and over again for the last few years
